Kathy had such a joyful heart, eventhough she was in a wheelchair for the last several years. My late husband Keith Loscar loved to visit her just to make her laugh. He said it brought him joy. My late brother James Martin was Kathy's soul mate and he passed on February 23, 2010. They are together again just as they always was here.
