Katherine Sue Martin, 46 of Parkersburg passed away July 24, 2010.
She was born in Parkersburg the daughter of the late Alfred Jones and Elizabeth Ann Waybright Jones Bailey of Parkersburg.
She had at one time been employed as a cook at the St. Josephs Hospital cafeteria. She enjoyed watching her soap opera's, crocheting and cooking for her family.
In addition to her Mother she is survived by her children, James Alex Jones stationed with the U.S. Navy in California and April Lynn Jones of Parkersburg; Her Granchildren, Dillon, Lucas and Elliott McCroskey of Parkersburg. Her Sisters, Ellen Logston of Washington, WV. Teliesa Mann, Michael Jones of Parkersburg and Pamela Milam of Cleveland, TN. Several nieces and nephews.
In addtion to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, James Alexander Martin in February, 2010; Her grandfather, Arthur Waybright; Her sister, Tina Jones; her niece, Jessica DeVore and nephew Wayne DeVore.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00am at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Evangelist Bob Long officiating. Burial will be in the Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 pm.
